We expected good things, and it was delivered in spades. Great service, even greater food, and well priced. My foody wife and her equally discerning sister with hubby happened upon this restaurant after a solid day skiing. The two foodies had trouble drawing a normal breath between mouthfuls, sampling each other's fare and the squeals of delight that met each course.Well done Jean-Michel. We hope you are here next season. We will be back

When they brought out my entree of onion brûlée and I tapped the crusty top, it cracked - and my response was the reason for this title. Yum ! It was delish and quite filling so would suggest it's a good one to share. My sister and I both chose the duck ravioli with orange and ginger which we were in raptures over. Hubby had the chicken confit with winter veg and he said it was tender and tasty as was the duck confit. Dessert was a spiced compote of fruit with crumble & a lovely contrast was the salted caramel sauce. Try the white gluhwein. Topped off with delightful service and atmosphere made this dining experience the highlight of our snow holiday!

the menu was well designed and the food was absolutely amazing. I normally come with my family each year, apart from the snow, it's the only reason we visit Thredbo. staff are friendly, the atmosphere is warm and homely and most importantly the food is amazing. Surprisingly not as expensive as you'd think which is always a bonus. I highly recommend

We happily ate here last year and weren't disappointed on our return visit. The atmosphere is terrific, the service excellent and the food just wonderful. The wild mushroom veloute with truffle oil was to die for, and the Berkshire pork cutlet divine. My ski buddy enjoyed very much the prawn and lobster bisque entree followed by the confit chicken leg. I love this restaurant, it's a little bit special.
