The location is to die for - right on the coastline with a full-on view of all its rugged beauty.
BUT we have been here a few times and there is no guarantee of the consistency.
We have been there when one of our favourite chefs on the coast (Dimitri) was working and he was excellent.
At other times we have had a chef who could not match those standards.
And the service is variable - on the last occasion, the waiter was unable to handle more than a couple of tables - he started with us and got half way through when a new table came in.
We were forgotten whilst he gave his full attention to the new diners.
The prices are relatively high which wouldn't be the issue if the food and service were to match.
