Overall our stay was excellent. Although I was a little annoyed for a few minutes at check in, after having staff members call me twice before arrival to confirm my estimated check in time, after arriving an hour later than my estimate I was told my room still wasn't ready as there had been a late check out - but within a few short minutes a room was available and we found it to be pretty much still brand new and perfectly clean and well equipped with everything you would need to just move right in permanently!
Noticed there was no complimentary wine as advertised but after a call to reception a bottle was sent right up with a choice of white or red, as well as a little gift - the reception staff member who was helpful and very nice, had noticed we were travelling with a 3 year old and brought up a teddy for her :)
The beds were very comfy and huge, the area is quiet at night which makes for a quiet nights sleep and the airconditioning in the main bedroom is super quiet.
With the 2 bedroom apartment the adjoining bedroom wall doesn't seem to be soundproof it is possible to hear muffled voices through the wall but when you're staying with friends or family im not fussed, you can not hear other apartments through the walls, it's just the internal wall between the bedrooms
The location is a little bit of a drive (at least 25 mins) from the most popular vinyards in the hunter valley but i would say this place is worth the drive, and would definitely recommend it to others and would most likely stay here again.

I won't restate the comments made previously about modern, cleanliness and having everything one would require. I will say that if you don't mind a 35minute drive to the H Valley concerts this is great accommodation and shared between another couple quite economical in price ($135 per couple). Also the Quest does not require you to stay the normal 2night minimum that other accom places request for Event W/Ends. Only sorry, we didn't stay 2nights. Also a bus picks up from here for H Valley gigs for $25 p/h return. Enjoy.

It was a last minute plan to book a hotel to Hunter Valley to spend the weekend and we realized most of the hotel nearby Pokolbin and Braxton was fully booked or pricey. We managed to find Quest apartments online. This was our first time staying in this service apartment. When we checked in, the apartment was surprisingly new and clean. There was 2 rooms although we booked in for 1 room. The apartment is well equipped with a fully functioned kitchen, with dish washer, microwave, fridge, cutlery, plates, and bowls. There is 2 bathroom with a washing machine and dryer in the 2nd bathroom. Both bathroom is spacious and clean and new. The travel time to hunter valley is just about 35minutes from the hotel. We attended a concert on the evening, and the drive back on that night wasn't as far as we felt it would be. Overall, i would recommend this service apartment, as this hotel surpasses my expectations and also because this place is new and spacious.

Quest Singelton was a very nice and new hotel. I stayed with my Husband, Mother and younger brother in a two bedroom suite and couldn't fault it. We found that the room had everything we needed and more with a very well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The room was very quiet and had a nice balcony which was great to sit on in the afternoon. The hotel was easy walking distance to a couple of the local pubs for dinner if you don't feel like cooking. Overall this hotel would be great for families who wanted to do their own cooking and a bit of space to spread out and after driving around and seeing some of the other accommodation in the area from the outside I think we made a very good choice! Also the reception staff were very friendly and helpful with directions.
