Tip 1: communicate with your customers. I waited 2 hours for my entree and got my main without an entree.
Tip 2: your prices are disgusting. Your salmon on risotto is bland and unexciting. We are paying the prices or a resturant without the customer service.
Tip 3: don't make your customers order at the counter. With prices like that it is ridiculous pricing.
Tip 4: change your menu. If it takes 2 hours to take a entree out then your chefs are not up for the job. Make it simpler for them
Tips 5: when we have waited for hours and ask for our money back you should have given it to me.
This complaint will be going higher as I am disgusted that you are runnin your business this way
