The bistro has a nice feel to it. I would still call it a bistro & not a restaurant. The food choices are a little better than your pub standard. I did have the fish which may not be the best choice for a land-locked town. Pity about veg provided - poor quality, over cooked beans, carrots etc. For the price better vegetables would have made the meal & this review. The service & atmosphere is very welcoming & I would assume most visitors would feel comfortable. The bistro is divided from the pub & gaming machines but you still need to enter to get your drinks. Overall a good feel!! I would come back.
