Was not impressed with this place, facilities did not seem very clean - got in spa before massage and got out after about 5 minutes. The water did not seem to have been changed in a long time and we did not feel comfortable sitting in it. There was a cat sleeping on the table right next to the tea and coffee facilities. We didnt go into the sauna as you have to crawl through a small wooden entrance box and it felt very clausophobic. Ended up cancelling the massages and left after only half an hour. Did not look nearly as nice as the pamphlet photos, seemed rather worn and run down. If you are staying in Byron Bay then I would go to one of the spas there and save yourself the drive.
