Great vibe in this place. If you are expecting Australia Zoo you'll be disappointed. This is back to basics and very personal attention. We tagged onto a little tour with the keeper and learnt so much about the gorgeous Echidna, Koala and Childrens Python. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

As long as you aren't expecting a Zoo then this place will satisfy. It gave our kids a chance to get up close to the animals who looked well cared for in clean, spacious enclosures. The park seems to place quite a lot of emphasis on caring for the planet too. Lots of wild birds were visiting when we were there which was spectacular to watch so many all eating. Overall a sweet place which we really enjoyed and easily spent quite a few hours there. I do think the train and kangaroo food should be included in the admission cost though.

This place reminds me of a run down backyard in need of a serious weeding and the animal enclosures needs repair. The park is small and not inviting to wonder about and explore. We didn't see any staff and no one showed us around. Mini train ride lasted 2 minutes, kids were very disappointed. The only good part was feeding the kangaroos and the talking cockatoo. Overall it was over priced and no value for money. Better off to visit Oaklands Barn.

Our trip to Potoroo Palace was a bit of a shock. For the price we paid for our entry we were very surprised on how little there was to do and see. We had a ride on the train which we couldn't even get a smile from the driver let alone him tell us about the place. There were no keepers or anyone to show us animals or tell us a bit about them. We did love hand feeding the kangaroos.
It looked like the place had just opened up or changed management I wouldn't recommend this place to any one such a waste of money.
Pack your own lunch as there is only muffins to buy, and they didn't look fresh.
