We stayed here for 1 night in a superior balcony room. The room was clean and large with a comfortable king size bed. The room had double glazed windows & sliding door to the balcony which made the room extremely quiet. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower and good water pressure although there was no bench space or shelving to put anything on. The buffet breakfast included in the price was fairly standard with cereals, fruit, hot selection and a pancake machine to make your own pancakes. The hotel has free underground car parking and is in a good location.

This Hotel is in an excellent position in Kiama (South Coast) and the front desk staff are just brilliant - always everhelpful and going out of their way to assist.

All in all the Hotel ticks all of the boxes EXCEPT one and that is the breakfast department.

We have stayed here several times now and the breakfasts are consistent in that they are stodgy, cold, unappealing and generally just downright disgusting. Last week the breakfasts did not fail to disappoint again with floating yellow mess that resembled egg and cold inedible boot sole masquerading as bacon .

There is enough competition around the town with some beaut cafes so my recommendation is to keep your hard earned in your pocket and go wandering down the main street - it is far nicer than sitting in the courtyard watching staff talking (as opposed to cleaning up plates and making themselves useful) and go and find a nice cafe with excellent coffee and some delicios pastries.

Come on guys - please fix the breakfasts - everything else from check in to room through to sleep quality is superb.

Lovely large, clean rooms. All staff were approachable and friendly and rooms were serviced at a decent hour (mid morning). Close to Kiama Sunday Markets and shopping centre. We had an issue with our room at 2:30am and the night manager was exceptionally helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service. Breakfast was great and when we stayed the parking was free. Bonus!!!!

Room Tip: The windows cannot be opened so if you like lots of fresh air it would be advisable to get a room with a balcony.

a quiet , balconied room looking into the branches of a magnificent tree, sea glimpses and a short stroll to everything ; the room was clean, simple and modern with a lovely color palette - an excellent onsite restaurant/bar with a delightful outdoor setting where you can have a cocktail overlooking the harbour. The whole complex has as its centrepiece a beautifully restored 19th century schoolhouse. There is swimming in the harbour rock pools, a fine selection of shops and clubs and best of all the magnificent Kiama coastal walk right on your doorstep.
This isn't a classical deluxe product but a modern, tasteful and comfortable accommodation house that is a perfect seaside getaway.

Room Tip: a room overlooking minamurra street with its lovely houses and leafy outlook - ask for a balcony.

Good location overlooking a park and the harbour. Very pretty area. Accommodation was tired, but spacious and clean. Expensive for what was offered but the location made up for it. Small restaurant in front of apartments was good.
