Arrived on a freezing cold saturday afternoon to find the TV & Lights on in our room but not the Heating, had called ahead to get some directions so they knew we would be there within the hour. Took at least 2 hours to heat the cabin and it was a very noisy so had to have the TV up extra loud to hear over it. As the weather was terrible we had bought some dvds to watch, but the Dvd player did not work properly, called reception to see if they could swap it for another,(as i knew they werent fully booked they could have got one from an empty room) they werent interested in helping at all. Had decided to have dinner at the restaurant on the sunday night, restaurant was closed, would have been nice to have have had a pre-warning about that especially over a long wkend so we could have booked a restaurant in town.Rooms are not serviced daily despite the welcome brochure stating they were, called to see if we could get some dry towels, only if I came and collected them myself which would mean getting in the car and driving down to reception which was too much hassle when someone could have jumped in one of their golf buggys to drop them off to me.
Shower was nothing but a trickle and could have done with a spray of Exit Mould
All in all really unimpressed with the lack of service and lack of apology when I tried to give them some feedback when checking out. Would definately not recommend to any of my friends.
