We stayed here for 7 days in early April. A great experience especially as we are keen amateur cyclists. Our hosts who are experienced cyclists provided trail maps, advice on tracks suited to our capability and tips on adjusting our bikes to make riding easier. The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed, there is a guest lounge room and a long verandah where you can sit and relax and enjoy the views across the paddocks to rolling hills. We had leisurely breakfasts, wonderful evening meals specially catering to our vegetarian, low fat needs, and delightful company in our hosts who were focussed on making our stay not just enjoyable but good fun. We loved the alpacas and the vegetable garden which produced fresh produce for our meals, we felt like completely at home and after 7 days didn't want to leave! Junee is an Australian country town with an interesting history, accessible by train from Sydney and Melbourne, a monthly farmers' market, a Licorice and Chocolate factory, a nice local swimming pool, beautiful roses, and a number of pubs and cafes to sample. We will definitely go back.
