What a great place, we had an impromptu guide to help us around and he was very friendly and knowledgable.
If you are a railway buff the exhibits are great even though some are still a work in progress, i.e. a couple of the rail carriages are still in the middle of being repaired and renovated. Even though hearing about the history of the place and seeing old trains and carriages was great. A couple of the rail motors that they have there were the same as the ones I used to catch to work from Richmond, NSW. I used to love the old gas heaters in them on those cold Richmond mornings.
If you are into trains and rail stuff you have to go see this place, fantastic.
