We went for my sons birthday and took a few of his friends with us. It was a lovely day. It was so hot and the water park was the perfect place to be. There are quite a few good water slides but I think I'm used to the UK where the amusement parks are bigger so the slides were nothing I haven't seen. They are in the process of building a new slide which looks like a monster so I'll definitely be going back. After a few hours on the water slides we hit the BBQ picnic area. We had our newborn with us so we took up a spot all day with someone just relaxing on the grass. Nice day with the family.

Jamberoo is a great water park for people of all ages. The prices aren't too steep and all of the pools are kept very clean. I would highly recommend going for a family holiday. There are plenty of areas where you can sit on the grass and have lunch, some with BBQ's provided. So you can take your own food which is also good for families. There is also a great variety of rides to suit everyone, if your not too much of an adrenaline junkie.

Third year in a row we have visited from the Blue Mountains. We have a ball every time. The kids were blown away by the new "funnel web" ride. The new kids water park next to the funnel web was great too. Lockers convenient, burgers lovely, bathrooms clean, picnic areas clean, water rides fun. Views are gorgeous. Only down side purchased a churro from the coffee shop to have with our drinks. Tasted like a dried out cardboardy loofer. Other than that, again a great day and value for money.

I visited here last week with my partner, son and step daughter (both aged 9 years). We went out of peak season and on a school day so didn't contend with crowds and there was no wait to get on any of the rides.

The kids had a great day, we had a great day. Yes it isn't as big as the theme parks in QLD, but it is also not priced as expensive as them.

We took our own picnic lunch as we knew all places like this buying food is expensive.

We found the staff very friendly.

Only a few things that let the place down.
1. Toilet floors are disgusting.
2. The smell from the toilets in certain areas of the park.
3. The toboggan ride is a joke. That was the only ride there was a wait at and this was only due to not so good ride operators who would hold the people up and then let a handful go down with not enough space inbetween them to be able to get any speed. The brake was on the entire time to avoid running into the people infront, as they had to do and people infront of them and so on often resulting in physically having to push yourself to get going again. We opted not to go on this again and several people were complaining about it.

Would go back there again, but like anywhere, would avoid it in peak times like holidays etc.

Abit concerned when seeing so many bad reviews , but i was pleasantly supprised.
Ive been to all theme park and water parks in Australia.

Guess what .... we all expect dodgy outrageously priced food and yes it is pricey and fairly average but as expected we didn't expect 5 star dining !

The park was pretty clean and generally lines weren't to long.

Alot of distance from the water slides Re Tiapan/surf hill splash out to funnel web but alot of walking at wet n wild.

No carry ing of rafts which is better than Wet n wild !

To be honest this park lacks probably 3 more thrill water slides and it would be better than Wet n wild.

The Funnel Web is the best water slide in Australia and the Tiapan would be in top 5 behind the Rip and green room at Whit Water World world and probably better than all at Wet n wild.

Wet n Wikd have heaps of slides but quanity above quality most are not worth the wait.

White water world has 7 rides but are all GOOD except the hydrocoaster is abit lame.....

Jamboroo has 2 great rides , splash out is ..... fair and the racers are similar to wet n wild average and nothing on white water worlds version.

The funnel web has long lines but get in early and do it first we rode it 3 times and rode the tiapan 8 times and had 6-7 other rides .

I hope they only build quality water rides as i think another 2-4 and they'll be a great park.

The maps and direction signage is abit lacking however the staff are great.

I could not knock anything except a few more would be great.

I'd also love to see the occassional rubber snake thrown in to the raft as you get sent down would scare the .... out of girls !

its a water park not an action park concentrate on water rides and except for weather have a far better park than wetnwild

there are flys but its warm and theres food !!!!!!!!!!!!! also there is a smell however only in some parts of the park
