Spent a long weekend away at Huskisson staying at the B&B for two nights. The room is clean and cosy with a bit of a "rugged" feel, the way we like our rooms to be. Initially we were worried that the sounds of cars would disturb our sleep. Fortunately it's not too busy a road to create a sleep problem for us. They do have another bigger room located further away from the road...

The en-suite bath and shower room is spacious. Come in handy for a nice relaxing bath. There's also a common room for the guests to chill out in the evening with a glass of wine sitting in front of the fireplace. The residential cat(s) might also be around to keep you company. Breakfast consists of the usual selection of cereal/ muesli/Weetabix and a hot breakfast of eggs (cooked in any way) on toast. HP sauce and home-made marmalade are also available for those who like the little things in life.

This bed and breakfast, for us, was absolutely beautiful! idyllic setting next to jervis bay on the south coast. Kate and Steve have an enchanting place home from home, quirky and full of character and charm, amazing breakfast in every way, fabulous poached eggs and home-made jams. Having breakfast on the verandah, we were surrounded by a friendly possum and a beautiful garden. The room we stayed in was gorgeous with all mod cons, tv & dvd, ipod station and wonderful bed linen. The bathroom underfloor heating was just fabulous and then to relax in a claw footed bath and enjoy it all, added to the luxury...They have a fabulous log fire and an array of books to read. Everything about this place is so unique and lovely and we will definitely be coming back again soon ...thanks to kate and steve for being so warm and friendly it made it all the more special for us

I have stayed at this B&B twice, in different rooms each time. The B&B is beautifully decorated and spotless, and comes with some nice touches such as the antique claw-foot baths, heated bathroom floors in some rooms, and speaker dock for your iPod/iPhone. There are also TVs and DVD players in the rooms, and a really good selection of movies and TV shows to chose from.

The lounge room is nice and cosy with a wood stove, lots of books, comfy sofas and a couple of laid-back cats. The hosts Kate & Steve are very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is yummy.

Overall this is a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing, pampered stay in beautiful Huskisson.

Kate and Steve have a beautiful house and they make you feel so comfortable in it. We stayed two nights and they helped us to book on a whale watching trip and gave great advice on the local attractions. You have to try Kate's lime marmalade, it's excellent.

I was so lucky to come across such a find. I've got friends already lined up for a weekend away of pure bliss. Coming from Sydney, I had the perfect few days of relaxation next to the fire, indulgence with vintage baths and heated bathroom tiles and exploration being amidst the stunning Shoalhaven beaches. Kate and Steve have put attention and care into every detail and I felt like I got way above than what I paid for. Definitely going back!

We stayed 2 nights here and were treated to everything that was promised. Relaxing, welcoming, homely atmosphere. Excellent quality food, lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms. Helpful tips on the local area. We couldn't have asked for more.

We had a nice stay in Huskisson B&B althoug it was a really rainy weekend. The only thing to do was to hang up in the nice living room nearby the open fire reading a book or a magazine.
Kate and Steve have been charming and gave us a warm welcome. Rooms are nice, have good beds and these days we appreciated the floor heating in the morning when going to the bathroom.
For better days there you can chose either the lovely veranda at the entrance or the garden behind the house
We had the impression to be at home... and recommend to everyone who wants to relax some days in Jervis Bay area.
We recommend
