Pros - Very clean, helpful staff, private car park, quick walk to the main street, excellent breakfast at O'Donnells cafe below (separate business and not included in rates). Cons - gas hot water services on balconies which make some noise whenever any neighbouring units turn on the hot water at odd hours, numerous do and don't signs in the unit (although presumably they have experienced some problems with groups). Perfectly fine for a one night or short stay in Griffith (particularly to break the long trip from the east to Adelaide as Griffith is only a short detour from the Sturt Highway).

Stayed: October 2013, traveled as a couple

Been a regular at this place for over 5 years - but have stayed in many other places in Griffith as well. For the combination of cleanliness, roominess and location you simply can't go past it. You'll get a big room, you'll get a comfy bed and you'll get easy access to everything in town.

Stayed at the Centrepoint Apartments for for work. Staff very friendly, room large, neat and clean, bed comfortable, enjoyed the stereo...an unexpected bonus! Great location, a short walk to a number of eating places. Will stay again when next in town.

We stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment which had every facility needed. The rooms are quiet and one street away from the main street.
The staff are friendly and courteous and the cleaning standards are excellent. Thanks to Katrina for her efficiency and cheerful assistance.

Large and modern room. Big bed and plenty of space. Noise from next door tv and trucks outside. All the signs saying that would be charged extra if I left the room messy had me nervous and doing dishes at 6am before leaving. Too stressful! Also... No restaurant which meant that after driving 2 hrs I had to get back into the car and find somewhere decent to eat.

Room Tip: Ask for room off main road and near stairwell to car park. Some restaurants charge back but I found that out myself.
