Stayed here for 1 night on a family road trip. The hotel really is designed well for this, the rooms are small, the bathroom is tiny, the do seem to only provide 2 towels even when 3 people are in the room. If you are looking for those cute little extras which sometimes make motels/hotels exciting, this is not your place. If you want a really comfortable bed for a night with basic ensure facilities and free parking at your door, this is perfect. So many places to eat nearby and a good basic continental breakfast on offer at the hotel. And the reception staff are incredibly friendly.
The downsides for me were that there is very little soundproofing, the hallways are noisy with people and the noise starts early and finishes late, particularly since people are using it as a stopover on their travels. The only other downside was the mattress on the bunk was incredibly hard, my daughter compared it to sleeping on a pile of books, and she's only young and very light. Don't think I could have slept on it. This was odd given the queen bed was really comfortable.
So really there are no surprises here, a cheap and cheerful and clean place to lay your head for a night with lots of food options nearby. I'd stay again with no issues!!More
