We were told about frankie brown and checked trip advisor and found terrible reviews so werent keen to attend. Turned out that the original restaurant we attended was not to our liking and we ended up at frankie brown. The staff were attentive and helpful. Daisy was our waitress and couldnt do more for us. The food and wine was fantastic. Atmosphere was warm friendly and full of laughs. Food portions were great. Value for money. Highly recommended! !!

Thank you for such a positive and honest review of Frankie Brown.
We strive to please all of our guests and we do go out of our way to make all of our patrons feel extra special. Some of the unpleasant reviews that we have had in the past are definitely not any indication of fabulous Frankie Browns, so thank you once again, because you and your review are testimonial to that.
Let's hope you are back for a visit again real soon :)

Absolute disgrace of a restaurant...staff were unbelievably unprofessional, rude and could not care less about their customers dining experience..avoid this place at all cost's..unless you enjoy spending $200 on a meal and being treated like absolute crap by the staff!

I would have to disagree with this rather Harsh review completely. I know all of my staff both professionally and personally and everyone of them are professional, extremely attentive and lovely young ladies. There is no way possible that they would give poor customer service and treat anyone like "crap"
I was working with all of them that evening and we had nothing but positive feedback about our food and service and there was no incident at all of unhappy diners. If there was an incident at that evening, nothing was bought to the waitresses or my attention.
We strive to deliver our very best service, we strive to create a great vibe and ambience and our talented chefs strive to produce the best meals possible. I am also confident to say we get it right nearly 99.9 % of the time.

Very hit and miss. Scallops and beef medallions are great! Salmon and pork belly were disappointing. It was lucky desserts (creme brûlée and chocolate explosion) came through and were spot on. I think it's over priced for the mains and the waitress refused to change up the dish for us a little to make it more suitable to our liking. Considering we were 2 of only 10 customers dining the service was quite slack the girls didn't seem to promoting the excitement of this restaurant or living up to the expectations we hoped for Pete Murray (the reason we came after all) 10/10 to Luke Morris who was performing on the night beautiful voice creating great ambience without him it really would have lacked a pleasant experience. Would probably not return and stick to our usual Italian at the Pacific but was nice trying something different in the area.
