Well worth a look. Food was great but not for those on a budget. Atmosphere didn't match the price. Waitress was great.

The meal we had at the Cyprus Tree was a joy - fun staff, seated 9 of us in school holidays (busy!) great heaters to combat the cold.
The moussaka is beautifully presented and I am dreaming of it now.
Most of the group had souvlaki -both the chicken and lamb were pronounced delicious and served with greek salad which was fresh and lovely.
BYO which is convenient as well. Easy location in Bay Lane behind the Beach Hotel, don't miss it!

Walking past, the idea of a tasty Greek meal captured our attention. It was only 6pm and we weren't quite ready to dine. A quick chat later and they were more than happy to hold us a table for 7pm, even though there were 11 of us and the restaurant couldn't possibly hold more than 30-40 all up! At 7pm we rocked back up, 4 adults and 7 kids (aged 13-16). There were 2 in the party with severe allergies but they took this is their stride and were very helpful. Although perhaps a little slow with service, the dishes were all very tasty. The seafood pizza had to be seen to be believed! We also appreciated the chef talking with us at the end and apologizing for the delay. All in all a very enjoyable meal.
