On a recent trip to Queensland, on the top of my to do list was to visit the Lighthouse and most easterly point in Byron Bay. The view from the Lighthouse is magnificent but the walk itself is an achievement to be proud of. We walked from the main strip in Byron Bay to the Lighthouse and needless to say my legs were struggling a little bit! But being a fit couple, we loved the challenge and the beautiful weather, views and multiple pods of dolphins we spotted made every step worth it. We then walked back to the main strip of Byron Bay along the beach which was just lovely. Definitely something to do when you are in the area, you will not be disappointment.
