The wait staff are well trained.(big on the up sell)
Tapas doesn't fit the Oz Psyche & its hard to pull off outside the inner city.
The portions are large & the staff explain the menu but it's still over priced & not authentic.
What killed it for us was the flat Cava by the glass.You know there's always a 90% chance of flat sparkling by the glass in Australia because the prices are high & the proprietors are tight so if bar staff can get away with it they'll pour from a bottle opened the night before or even the weekend before.Wasn't in the mood to complain because we knew we weren't coming back but ordered a 2nd glass which takes a while & on checking the bar, see the staff top up the dregs of the flat with a dash of fresh.The 3rd glass was spot on ....
Really the staff need to make a judgement call for the sake of a few $ give it to the kitchen for cooking or give it away to patrons or knock off drinks.
