Stayed here for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apparment. Found a lot of places in Byron dated but this place is clean and modern. Location good. Service on a late check in good. Will stay here again.
Disappointed that the restaurant on site was closed for winter break as this is one of my favorite places to eat in Bryon

My wife and I on arrival were met by a happy face in the name of Allen who was only too helpful to make sure our stay was fantastic . Rooms were beautiful presented and very clean positioned in a central part of town . On arrival will be last time you'll need to drive your car until departure as everything is in walking distance . Would highly recommend Apartments Inn for the ideal weekend get away or extended stay . Col and Anne

I stayed at the Apartments Inn Byron bay for 5 nigths with my 13 year old daughter. On arrival we had Holly and Tally check us in, they are both wonderful, friendly, helpful staff, always smiling, even when Holly got sick. They where extremly helpful with any questions we had, adn just genuine lovely people. The room we hd was a 1 bedroom, I had the king converted to 2 singles. we had everythign we could need fro our stay, fully equiped kitchen, spa bath which my daughter loved, she had a spa evey night. The room was immaculate. The cleanig staff we saw each day some where on the premisies, they where also very frirendly happy to have a chat and give advice if i needed it. There is a pool, but it ws in shade all the tiem adn it was not that warm to swim, so didnt use it. we parked our car underneath and could just leave it there, as we walked everywhere we wanted to go in town. It is 2 mins to the beach, and you are in town. This place i would highly reccommend. we will certainly be staying here again on our return to Byron Bay. Thank you to Tally and Holly for ,making our holiday in Byron a very relaxed and pleasant stay. I hope you feel much better now Holly and I hope you didnt catch the flu as well Tally.

Positioned in a great location in town, with a short stroll to shops and cafes and easy walk to the beach. Beautifully presented and well appointed with full kitchen, appliances & furnishings.
I bedroom also had shower and spa bath. Friendly staff at reception too.
As mentioned in other reviews the only downside is the noise each evening from the adjacent Tapas bar, if that isn't a worry then this is a great place to stay. Most evenings we went out anyway.
We'll would definately stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms on the southern side would be quieter.

We stayed in your two bedroom suite for 4 days and 3 nights and couldn't have asked for anything more during our stay.
We were traveling with a 13 month old and found the convenience of the shops (Aldi in particular) a huge bonus for us. We loved that we could just walk out our door and be at the beach and shops. Also meant mommy and daddy could enjoy happy hour without worrying about cabs, driving, etc...bonus!
Allen was just such a wonderful host for us, always opening the door for my pram, recommending great ideas of where to eat, drink, etc...
Our room was just gorgeous. Although we didn't have ocean views, we had a gorgeous view of the lighthouse and watched the sun rise behind it every morning. We loved our room so much for all the amenities as well, the washer/dryer combo was a LIFESAVER! and we had heaps of meals in our gorgeous kitchen at the fantastic big wooden table. Dishwasher was fab and all the utensils were new and in great shape.
The sheets! OMG our sheets were so amazingly soft. Towels were gorgeous and the furniture was great, even the bits on our balcony. Loved it! The stereo system for ipods, etc....it was all top notch.
Plus the parking underneath with an elevator straight down was super handy!

My only gripe is that the pool was too cold to swim in :( But who cares, it didn't even PHASE us!

Service was amazing, everyone so friendly and helpful - even calling us when our room was ready and letting us hang by the pool on the comfy sun loungers.

OH! And Rodney's coffee shop just in the alley next door, was the ultimate find of the whole trip, with a close second going to that fantastic pizza shop next door, Earth N Sea. HEAVEN!

Thanks again for a wonderful stay, so glad I got that Groupon voucher!! and thanks for the upgrade to that awesome room!!!

Room Tip: Get the two bedroom with the view of the lighthouse, SO WORTH IT!

Started off great with an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment which seems to be common when they're reasonably empty. Room is standard at best so dont know what the studio would be like. Not impressed we had a linen change on day 2 but no one cleaned the bathroom or did any other tidying (what am I paying for?). We're right next to a bar which is not affiliated with the hotel but its patrons use the pool toilets (located outside our lounge area), making plenty of drunken noise on their way passed. Then to wake up Saturday morning with the sound of drilling & hammering so loud it could be outside our window at 8AM! And has continued all day. Reception has advised it's 'outside the hotel' so there's nothing they can do. Well I didn't pay $270++++ per night to be disturbed for a full day when I'm here to relax before the birth of our first child. The walls are so thin we can hear conversations going on in rooms next door. I Will NOT be referring anyone and will definitely not be returning.

Dear Guest

Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay.

I was delighted to read that you were upgraded from our smaller studio rooms to a fully self contained one bedroom apartment with a separate living room & kitchen for your three night city centre break, especially as your wife is expecting your first child.

Our location in the centre of Byron is fantastic, unfortunately we are unable to control some aspects of our location, including background city centre noise. Once you made us aware of the situation we were able to stop the noise until a more respectable hour.

Once again we are located in the heart of Byron with all the buzz & hustle & bustle of a city centre. It is disappointing that our property did not suit the type of break that you were looking for.

Best Regards,

Alan Junor

Two very large one bedroom apartments were provided for four of us. Fully fitted kitchen, and huge table. Nice sitting area, and bathroom. Loved it. Centrally placed in Byrons Bay. The only issue for some might be a noisy bar somewhere near, and folk who were quite loudly imbibing 'shots'. However, this stopped suddenly, or we went to sleep!
