Was here for my uncles wedding with 50+ guests and the staff, accommodation, venue, and grounds were amazing. The staff catered to every need and made for the perfect experience. The rooms were large comfortable and spacious with a private outdoor section. The food could not have been better either! We will be back!!!

I am on a Board that has annual retreats at The Carrington. It is a great location as it is only a short drive from Canberra but sufficiently out of town to make sure that everyone is focused on the business of the retreat. The rooms are large and comfortable and was well heated. I quite like the exposed brick style of the rooms. The welcome was friendly and the conference facilities were excellent.

This motel is quite unique in that the rooms are very large, we really appreciated the extra space. Decent bedlinen, extra Doina and a very comfortable bed. There is a separate kitchenette area with microwave, crockery and decent glassware. Lighting wasn’t the best, the walls are brick and the woodwork dark. Bathroom is nice with heated lighting, shower over the bath. It is in a very quiet location with rooms set well back from the street. Would highly recommend.

I was travelling with my elderly mother and it was a cold rainy morning. We inadvertently left my mother's coat behind. I contacted the managers and they kindly posted it to us. It's her favourite coat so she was very happy to receive it. Our room was comfortable and we had a nice hot shower on a cold night.

Large room, well furnished, comfortable bed, breakfast table and chairs. Small kitchen with sink, microwave, toaster, kettle and cleaning products would have been very welcome on a longer stay. The hosts had turned the heating on for us which was very much appreciated on a frosty winter night. Tastic heater in the bathroom was a welcome addition. We also appreciated the text message of instructions for our late check-in, which we managed easily.
The over bath shower had no grab rails or soap dish. Would have preferred the bathroom to open from the bedroom rather than the kitchen. It's a minor point, but if we had had an electric blanket on our bed we would have switched off the air-con overnight. Not all rooms have parking outside their doors. The short walk to our room was not a problem for us but OP may want to ensure proximity.
