Wow , we tried to book The Mecure resort for a one night stay , intending to drive our classic Austin Healey Sprites for a run , but you had to book 2 nights . ( bad luck for them ) found The Berida Manor on Tripadvisor . What a great time the six of us had even though it was bucketing down , and the Manor is not the most modern of places to stay the package of dinner , breakfast and room was absolutely value for $$$. Because they realised that we were in a group , we were given a room with a lounge area so as we could meet and have after dinner drinks etc . The dinner 3 course meal with a choice of 3 was very impressive with no complaints and my experience with buffet breakfasts is that it is hard to find a place where you can get hot , bacon , Sausages and order the eggs of you liking, you will get it here . All 6 of us want to revisit and stay at this wonderful Manor .

Room Tip: Try to get a room with an adjoining lounge area if you in a group, don't forget there is no airc...

Price was very reasonable. Hotel is a bit tired but clean and functional. There is no AC but rooms were pretty cool even on a very hot summers day. Swimming pool is nice but again all needs a bit of refurb. Location is excellent. Restaurant looked nice but was expensive. Bar closed early.

This hotel was not the most flash, but it was comfortable and clean and with so many things to do, we didn't feel the need to leave! The main entrance, dining and lounge areas are quite original old world and beautiful but the room we stayed in was more simple and utilitarian with a double and single bed.
The afternoon was taken up by a swim in the pool, a soak in the spa then a dry off in the sauna. We were relaxed and our 9 year old thought it was the best ever!!
Dinner was delicious (we booked the dinner, bed and breakfast option) and the staff were lovely. It was especially good not to have to leave for dinner as it was rainy and very windy outside. Dinner was topped off by a game of pool on the full size table.
Breakfast was hearty and was well maintained by the staff. About the only minor request would be for a 'proper' coffee machine! We completed our stay with a great game of table tennis.
So overall, we had a lovely balance of activity, relaxation and food and everybody was happy I'd definitely recommend Berida Manor and it was great value including dinner.

We stayed here for a night last weekend. We paid around $300 for our room with breakfast and a 3 course dinner included.

The staff were very friendly and the place had a lot of character. The room was nice, but the cleanliness wasn't 100% - there were some old nails on the floor next to the bed and the towels were stained.

We also had a massage, which we wouldn't recommend to anyone going there.

The food was really great however and the staff were very helpful.

Overall we did enjoy our stay, but for the price I have experienced much better elsewhere.

Very special stay. What a wonderful place. Very well maintained and spotlessly clean. We will return and recommend to all our friends. The old world theme, the location and the extremely friendly staff are all worth trying Berida Manor for your stay in Bowral. We consider it was excellent value for money. Thank you so much Berida Manor.

Room Tip: Best hotel in Bowral.

A very pleasant stay for a great price at an 'olde world' styled manor house. We just stayed overnight but would have loved to have stayed another to take full advantage of the pristine indoor pool and spa and other facilities. There were numerous lounges and areas to gather and relax outside of our room. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. No wifi included in tariff. Would be a brilliant destination for groups. The dining room was closed for dinner but a pleasant 10 minute stroll had us in the centre of town.

At the Wotif special price, this was exceptional value. We were dining at Biota and basically just wanted a bed and that is all we got.
The building in its heyday would have been wonderful - it doesn't have the grounds of Milton Park but as a building, it was probably better and more grand.
Today it is what it was - once grand but needing love and attention.
We too drive through the heat and needed air conditioning - there was none and the fan hadn't been turned on for our arrival.
I had some warm coke in the car and went to the fridge for some ice blocks but the tray was empty.
These are minor irritants but on the days we were travelling, they became important.
