We traveled from Sydney to try out Biota Dining. It was a special and unforgettable experience. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, the menu was creative and fun and the food phenomenal! We are already planning our return. Our favorite dishes were the mushroom, the pork cheek, the trout and the strawberries and crean with liquid nitrogen. James the owner and Exec Chef is opening 6 rooms to create a hotel in addition to the restaurant. Well be back very soon!
