We went to the Quarterdeck as it seemed to offer a more relaxed style of dining than would be found in the Nare's dining room. This did not prove to be the case. The food was good though there did not seem to be much differentiation between the restaurants except the main restaurant was table d'hôte and the Quarterdeck a la carte, but both fine dining. If you are looking for fine formal dining then either restaurant will be for you, if however you are looking for a more relaxed style of dining then it will not be. Overall good food and good service though it was just not the type of dining we were looking for and seems to be indicated by website description and photos.
