Stayed here in July for four days with my partner. It was cheap and although we were happy to stay somewhere basic we were not expecting it to be so dirty. We never met the owner. Apparently there was someone staying there before we arrived but I don't believe it had been properly cleaned for some time considering the curtains were welded to the window with large thick spiders webs containing dead flies and butterfly's! There was however clean bed linen and towels so I presume someone had been in at some point to provide those.
The only good thing is the location of this property and thankfully the weather was beautiful when we were there so we were able to go out walking every day and only had to sleep there! Not sure if the other reviews are to be believed!
Beautiful location. Half an hour walk from The Lizard. Bus service available which is cheap.
Fantastic accomodation, everything you need to be self sufficient.
Great hosts, Laura and Paddy. Lovely people, kind and welcoming. Couldn't have been nicer, and they respect your privacy. Will definitely come back.
Highly recommend :)

This was a lovely quiet site. The chalet was adequate for 3 but would have been a bit cramped for 4 people. Comfortable seating and beds. Lovely patio with comortable outdoor chairs and table for alfresco dining.

We would recommend staying in number 32, Laura is very helpful and her cream tea was delicious, the park is quiet and relaxing, my daughter and I had a splendid week on the Lizard and will return again soon.
My husband & I stayed stayed in number 32 for our 2nd wedding anniversary. Everything was absolutely perfect. The location was amazing & the accomodation was brilliant value for money. The owner (Laura) was lovely & very helpful. We were left fresh scones, jam, clotted cream, milk & tea when we arrived after a very long journey, the scones were amazing. We were also left a free Cornwall information pack with absolutely everything in the surrounding area in it, including discount vouchers for many of the the local attractions & a very helpful book on all of the walks in and around Cornwall which were graded by intensity. I would recommend it to anyone. We'll definitely be going back.

A very cosy little chalet loved the place and the owners were very welcoming although there was nothing on site you are a stone throw away from other places if you like a more lively atmosphere I preferred the fact that it was quiet but enough room round the chalet for my little ones running round without having to worry about traffic would definately go back
