On a very wet Monday afternoon we drove to Roskilly's for an ice cream. It was packed with families steaming by the glorious log fire, everyone looking so cosy we decided to have tea and scones. We tried the freshly baked wood fired scones and loved them, the sultana scones are not bad either. And, just because it was my birthday we had icecream too. Delicious.
As we were leaving we spotted the new wood fired ovens and enjoyed a discussion on their construction with the "chef and maker", subsequently can't wait to try the pizzas, although as he told us the steaks cook to perfection in minutes, we think we shall most definitely return more than once for dinner.

visited last weekend on a lovely sunny day, nice experience, especially for the younger ones who can see a small variety of animals.Lovely woodland walks and the roast is a must, absolutely delicious and fairly priced. The staff coped well under pressure as it was very busy.I would definitely visit again!

Delicious pizzas from their new wood-fired ovens & (of course) fab ice cream. Lovely after-lunch stroll around the duck ponds where the kids had fun running around& looking at the wildlife. Also noticed it is now open until 9pm so will try it for dinner soon.

Was staying nearby in Coverack and just had to go and try the lovely clotted cream ice cream! I had a sundae and it was awesome!! HAD TO GO BACK 3 TIMES during my holiday for another! Great for kids on the farm too as you can see the cows being milked and the little baby calves.

We called here whilst cycling one day, the ice cream was delicious and the menu looked really good too. The shop had lots of jams, pickles etc. There was also walks you could and you can watch milking at certain times.
