Breath taking scenery better than lands end none of the tactless trash littering the view. Will be back one day!

Visited Lizard Point a day after going to Land's End. The Lizard is much better. The National Trust have kept the area non-commercialised and Trinity House do a fantastic job with the Lighthouse Heritage Centre. Well worth a visit and I strongly recommend the guided tour that takes you to the top of the lighthouse. John, the guide, was super knowledgeable and hugely enthusiastic. This place deserves visitors to make it easier to stay open.
Great center! And great 45 minute tour! Me and my family visited lizard for my first holiday to Cornwall, found out lots of fascinating information for a great value for money ! The guide was friendly and willing to answer any question ! I personally loved it, the view the information, the friendliness of the staff and even the centre was fantastic! Nice way to spend an hour of your day !
£7 for the tour and exhibition centre (only £2.75 for the exhibition on its own). The £7 entitles you to a 50% discount off the Geevor Tin Mine (which saved a further £5.50).
Tour guide was Caroline, very knowledgeable, and professional; with the tour lasting about 30 mins, exhibition centre smallish but interesting, with enough to look at for about 30 mins
The lighthouse has only two flights of steps only, but as expected it was a bit cramped at top, but otherwise OK. Great views from the top on a clear day.
Sign outside says Lowestoft 350 miles, there is no lighthouse there!
No parking at the Lighthouse, but there's a National Trust Car park next door, free for members but chargeable for others. Warning, narrow roads so drive slowly
We visited this last week. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour guide (John) made it very interesting and explained it all very well. I wouldn't recommend the steps in the lighthouse for small children or those who don't like twisting steep narrow steps.
Best visited on a clear day.
