We stayed in a private owner caravan in August 2012. The park itself is lovely. Situated in the grounds of a Manor House some caravans are in woodland. It's kept very clean on the park, the swimming pool and changing rooms were immaculate. The food in the restaurant was OK.
The entertaiment however was lacking and we have always enjoyed the entertaiment at Looe Bay but this was not a patch on it.
Don't be put off though the lady in the shop was fantastic and very helpful and friendly. and this is really a good base to visit great beaches and some of the best things that Cornwall has to offer.
Already booked to go back for longer next year
