We have been here three times now and it's become a bit of an annual necessity. There are some tricky holes on the course and lost balls are a common theme [with us anyway]. It's quite a long course for pitch and putt but it's a very relaxing and level course. It can get quite busy in the summer peak which can make your round a long one - either waiting for people ahead of you or having to let others pass through whilst you search for lost balls!

We were limited timewise so did not use the golfing facilities, but simply had a very pleasing weekday lunch in the attraction's cafe.

Lovely cafe, friendly chatty and informative owner, home-cooked food, lovely location. Highly recommended.

First time for some years, place is great and the greens are pretty damn good, just off hayle causway on the B road to St.Ives..so you can do some bird watching just prior to visiting, then after, drive a few hundred yards to the village of St.Erth. Here you will find the village pub that serves a great lunch/Dinner.
Should that not be enough take the park and ride from Lelant {Just past the Old Quay House Pub} to st.Ives.
You could spend all day on these three options and it will not cost a fortune.

Four of us visited one evening for a go on their crazy golf which despite being on a humid evening when the ants were swarming was great fun, and superb value at £1.00 per person. We didn't have a chance to try the cakes that they were baking as they were about to close, so resolved to return. Returning two days later we chose to try the Pitch and putt which although £6.00 per head represented great value for money. Great weather helped, but the condition of the course and the greens was superb and our lack of golfing talent did not prevent us all from having a brilliant morning. The lemon polenta cake and chocolate brownies with tea in the Cafe afterwards were all superb. Thoroughly recommended for families, groups of youngsters or folks who don't take their golf too seriously.
