My boyfriend and I stayed at The Lookout Guesthouse for two nights over the Easter Bank Holiday. We stayed in the Sea room which was clean and comfortable and best of all has amazing views overlooking the St Austell area. On arrival we were greeted by Jackie and Steve, who not only helped us with our luggage to our room but also provided excellent information about the area, sights and where we could get a good meal.
Our room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was newly fitted with a great shower.
Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, everything freshly prepared. We sampled all the breakfast options during our stay and not one disappointed, setting us up for the day ahead. We visited the Eden Project which was only a 5 minute drive away. We also had a wonderful meal at Austells restaurant (a £6 taxi ride away) which Steve and Jackie recommended. If you plan to visit The Eden Project or anywhere in Cornwall for that matter, this is place is a great choice.
