We went to Austell's on Saturday evening to celebrate my birthday. Once again I cannot rate the staff, service and meal high enough. Brett and Emma are doing a great job. It was lovely seeing them again. Keep up the good work.

Just returned home from spending the evening at Austells, with a full belly and lovely memories.
The Staff are all welcoming and professional, while making us feel at ease and relaxed.
We didn't have a starter (we had a sneak peek at the desserts) and both our mains were not only cooked and presented perfectly, they were just the right amount too.
It's so nice when meals retain the flavours of the individual ingredients, as well as working together to make an excellent combination.
The desserts were just as good as the mains, and a perfect culmination to our experience.
Overall we had a great time at Austells and will be returning and recommending to our friends and family.
A great food experience.

We went to Austell's to see if the trip advisor reviews were correct!
Have to say the location at the end of a row of shops next to a Chinese restaurant & two or three doors down from an Indian restaurant did not inspire confidence - but wow as soon as you get inside a totally different perspective emerges. Front of house Emma is as remarkable in the way she runs the restaurant as Brett is cooking as the Chef.
The lady runs the show with almost military precision but with great charm. The food is superb - it is a great pity that we need to do a 250 mile round trip to eat there. Please don't let your high standards slip!

Many have said it before me. This restaurant offers great food and great service. If only more establishments could be the same as Austells. Anyone thinking of opening a restaurant should come here for a meal to see how to do it faultlessly. This also applies to many existing businesses, including one that is very, very close to here.

Another wonderful meal on a Sunday evening for my Wife's birthday. Loved the 'Pot Luck' Sunday menu with excellent relaxed dining and faultless food!
