What a lovely welcome you get from the host. The b&b is spotless, the rooms spacious & well furnished. Plenty of choice for breakfast, plentyful & cooked lovely. Shane & terry were very helpful when we asked about places to visit. First visit to cornwall & will definatley go again & stay at the beech tree

We have stayed at the Beech Tree a number of times now. Shane and Terry are perfect hosts. The rooms are spotless, breakfasts are fantastic. The Beech Tree is well placed near to transport links to the eden project and other local attractions. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. We'll be back next year.

Stayed here for 3 nights in September 2013, very welcoming hosts and most helpful. Super breakast and very comforatble rooms. This is a hilly town so if you have trouble walking up and down hills, might not be the town for you.
Stayed here as a central place to travel to the Eden Project and the Lost gardens of Heligan, not alot to do in St Austelll itself.

Room Tip: Handy to train station.

We chose this B&B on the strength of its five-star reviews and we were certainly not disappointed. Ideal location for those without a car. Shane & Terry (and dogs) were the ideal hosts. A genuinely walm welcome from people who seem to enjoy their jobs - not always apparent in many a hotel I have stayed in. Probably the best breakfast I have had in a B&B to date, and I have stayed in quite a few.

Went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Shane's encyclopedic knowledge and patience with the bus routes was very welcome. And thank you for the birthday cake, with candles, and shiny banners - much appreciated!

Would recommend to anyone wishing to visit Lost Gardens & the Eden Project.

Spotless B & B accommodation. Excellent food. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Good location and parking no problem. We would highly recommend this Guest House, as it is close to the town of St. Austell, with the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan close by.

Room Tip: All rooms are quiet, and on ground floor

Fantastic place, great hosts, food lovely and plentiful with a wide choice of Continental and English. The B&B is centrally based for all amenities. Rooms are spotless and can not recommend the place highly enough.

We stayed one night here and the place is fantastic. I've only ever stayed in hotels before so was a bit apprehensive about staying in a B&B. Upon entering it was obvious the stay was going to be great. From the selection of tea bags, to the essential oils in the walkway to the two guys running it. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely return. There are parking bays in front and behind the B&B. The town centre is a 2 minute walk away. Thoroughly recommend.

Room Tip: there are only 4 rooms, so I'm not sure you get a choice
