We chose the apartment on the strength of the location and this really could not be bettered. The apartment overlooks Trevaunance Cove and the views are fantastic. It is just a short walk down to the beach and pub and there are beautiful walks on the doorstep. Sea Edge and the adjoining apartment (Trebal) both have outside spaces including table and chairs and BBQs but it is worth noting that the two apartments are very close together and the outside areas are not that clearly defined so if you value your privacy this might not be ideal. (It would be perfect for two families holidaying together).
The interior of the apartment is a slight disappointment after the fabulous location. Whilst it was quite cosy and clean, it had a slightly uncared for feel about it and was not as well equipped as many self-catering accommodation we have used in the past (insufficient plates, broken cups, broken towel rail). Whilst our overall experience was positive, we just felt it was a slight shame as this could be an amazing property if a little bit of attention was given to the finer details.

We appreciate and welcome all guests comments and I always make a point of seeing them once they have settled in to make sure everything is to the guests satisfaction and specifically say that should there be any ongoing problems during their stay I am always on hand to rectify anything immediately. Unfortunately minor occurrences do sometimes occur and it is a shame that our guests could not have pointed this out to me at any time during their stay and any inconvenience would have been rectified immediately.
We welcome all guests feedback so we know and can act on these to continually improve our service.
I would also comment about the outside areas not being clearly defined. There are two gardens, separated by a fence and tall trees, and we point out, on arrival, that each apartment has its own separate garden so they can be private should they wish.
We pride ourselves on making each holiday as welcoming as possible which is why we have many returning guests throughout the year.
