Enjoyed a good meal. Fresh home cooked tasty food and plenty of it! Loads of lovely veg too!! Happy to accommodate a few changes with the menu listed so that all could have food they liked. Liked that they used local shops for produce.

I have eaten and drunk in the Aggie Hotel many times over the past few years, and It was a pleasure to drop in again, Bill & the staff are friendly and welcoming. I spent a great evening with family, chatting and eating by the fire. Lovely food, with several others I had the beef & ale pie which was delicious, the veg perfectly done, so tasty & not drizzled in fat unlike the well known Falmouth Spa Hotel that I went to last night. We will be back.....

My God-Daughter's surprise 18th meal was held here and we had a fantastic time. I've visited St Agnes many times over the years, but never been in here. Probably because my God-children were all too young to go in a pub. How times have changed.

Bill and Di, the landlords, were really friendly. I contacted them before the day to arrange for sparkling wine at the table and pre-pay (very reasonable it was too) and also to arrange for a few decorations etc at the table. They were very accommodating.

They also didn't mind the table numbers being increased when my God-son and his girlfriend also paid a surprise visit.

The bar has a lovely atmosphere, real fire and a great selection of ales. We popped in during the afternoon before the party to drop off balloons and stayed for some pints of Tribute and to watch the rugby on the big screen. Children and dogs all welcome.

The meal was superb and very reasonably priced for what we had. I had a mixed seafood platter to start that came served on a large board with chunky crusty bread. For main course I had fish wrapped in Prosciutto with a lobster bisque sauce. It was fantastic. Couldn't manage a pudding. Our table was in a separate restaurant part and the service was very attentive - we certainly weren't out of sight and out of mind.

The following day we all found ourselves back in the bar of The Aggie sampling a bit more local ale whilst awaiting the Christmas lights switch on. It was a magical time made all the more enjoyable in lovely welcoming surroundings. We'll be making a bee-line for The Aggie when next visiting.

Ate at the Aggie Hotel last night with 10 mates for a Christmas dinner. Eaten here a few times before and the food has always been pretty good, but not amazing. Last night, they absolutely nailed it. The choc Brownie dessert and the French onion soup were outstanding, as was the atmosphere and decoration. Brilliant.
