“Fabulous Cottage”
Reviewed September 18, 2013 for a stay in September 2013

We stayed in Wallis Cottage. Very comfortable and beautifully fitted. Warm and cosy when the weather turned colder.
We had a friendly welcome from Alex and Nicky plus a welcome bottle of wine and delicious chocolate brownies, plus milk in the fridge for those gasping for a cuppa. The cottage is set in a perfect position to explore the area.

“Perfect shabby chic cottage”

We stayed at lemon cottage for 6 nights in August. We were greeted by Nicky upon arrival & given a quick guided tour. We were instantly impressed with the cottage, all needs were catered for in absolute luxury. There was a bottle of wine, fresh cut flowers & chocolate brownies left on the kitchen table which was a very pleasant personal touch. The bathroom was huge with an amazing bath & a large separate shower area. The cottage itself was very tastefully decorated in shabby chic which my fiancée adored. The kitchen had everything you needed for a self catered stay.
We explored the grounds, visiting the chicken & duck run where we were provided with fresh eggs on a daily basis if required. We particularly enjoyed having a drink in the sunshine at the jungle hut overlooking a pond on the grounds.
The location of lambriggan court & lemon cottage is also a massive bonus if like us you enjoy exploring. A couple of miles from the huge clean perranporth beach & under 10 miles from Newquay & Truro. It was a joy to come home each night & be able to relax in your own private garden.
We will definitely be coming back to lambriggan court as we could find no faults & it is a superb base with which to explore Cornwall.
Thank you to Nicky & Alex for such an excellent holiday venue, you should be very proud with all the hard work you've clearly put into lambriggan court.

“Absolutely idyllic”
Reviewed August 9, 2013 for a stay in July 2013

We stayed in Lemon Cottage for a week at the beginning of July and loved every moment! We were lucky enough to have glorious weather for the duration, which was an added bonus- even if it had rained Lemon Cottage would have provided the perfect cosy refuge (such a comfy bed, tea lights and the best bath I've ever been in!) We loved having breakfast in the kitchen with the french doors open onto the terrace, fresh eggs from on site hens were a treat! Nicky and Alex were the perfect hosts, when we needed beach towels and then subsequently paracetamol, both were provided with no trouble. Thank you Nicky for the restaurant recommendations, I'm still dreaming about that delicious Thai prawn curry from Porthmeor! We will definitely be returning next summer!!!

“Lovely Lemon Cottage!”
Reviewed April 21, 2013 for a stay in April 2013

We stayed at Lemon Cottage for three nights, specifically to visit a friend nearby who had recently had a serious accident. From the moment we arrived we knew it was the right choice in every respect. Beautifully appointed cottage so tastefully decorated with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a fabulous bathroom, and very well appointed kitchen, we were at home immediately. The bottle of wine, fresh eggs daily from the owners' hens, and other thoughtful items were welcome additions awaiting us. A lovely terrace, barbeque, and fantastic views all contributed to a very enjoyable stay. We weren't fortunate enough to meet the owners, Alex and Nicky, who were away during our stay, but they left us a welcoming message, and we were very well looked after throughout our stay by their friends, Suzy and Jeff. We thoroughly recommend this lovely little cottage, you will not be disappointed! Finally, the pub in the nearby village of Mithian does wonderful fish dinners.

“A dream holiday home”
Reviewed January 19, 2013 for a stay in May 2012

We spent an idyllic week here despite the atrocious weather. We had the privilege of staying in Lemon Cottage with a delightful little garden. The living/bedroom was open plan and beautifully furnished to an incredibly high standard. The bathroom was beyond anything I have ever used. I think I could have lived the week in there! The kitchen was so well appointed with a dishwasher as well as all the other usual appliances.
The cottages are in an area that is incredibly peaceful and the countryside is beautiful. You are not far from many of Cornwall's attractions. We enjoyed an excellent meal at The Miners Arms at Mithian, not far from the cottages.
Fresh eggs every day were also very welcome!
The welcome was very warm and I would recommend any one to stay here, provided they don't want it when we do!
