We stayed in the Roundhouse Mill for 3 nights as a base to go to the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Helligan which are very near the Roundhouse Mill. We were warmly welcomed by Lisa and Peter and they could not have been more helpful during our stay. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable and very quiet especially at night because one of us is a light sleepers. We had full cooked breakfast each day in a beautifuly setting and it was delicious. Hosts were very attentive to needs. They recommended places to eat in the evening which were great. On the last day we had to leave very early to return a hired car to Bath and they had no problem in getting up early and having breakfast early. We relaxed in a beautiful sitting room after each day's sightseeing. Great place and we would highly recommend it. Loved staying there. Thank you Lisa and Peter. Maire and Brendan, Galway, Ireland.

This little tranquil place in Cornwall is absolutely superb. The accommodation is first class. The Service is perfect, including the efforts of the hosts to make your stay a comfortable a possible. The food included in the price is second to none. And if there is any extra requirement at all the hosts are there to oblige at any hour. Truly amazing.

Room Tip: All rooms are perfect.

We received a warm welcome from our hosts, Lisa and Peter, and a lovely cup of tea with cake on our arrival at Roundhouse Mill. All rooms are en-suite, of a high standard, modern, comfortable and clean. Facilities for making tea/coffee/hot chocolate are provided and kept well stocked. Also, colour TV, Wi Fi, clock radio and a hair dryer. All rooms have wonderful views towards the sea. There was a good selection at breakfast time, including full English breakfast, cooked to perfection and setting us up for the day. Roundhouse Mill is well located for visiting the Eden Project, the main reason for our trip, and many other gardens, beaches and attractions. Nothing was too much trouble and we couldn't fault our hosts friendliness and hospitality. We would recommend staying at Roundhouse Mill and are looking forward to a return visit. Thank you Lisa and Peter.

stayed for 5 days and visited various attractions round south cornwall. eden project, lost gardens of heligan, hidden valley garden, lostweithel, charlestown harbour, megavissey, falmouth and different beaches all reviewed. roundhouse was a lovely clean and inviting house with wonderful hosts. the breakfasts were lovely and kept us going all day. swimming pool outside was a joy to get in with the very hot weather we had. the entrance both ways to the house were a bit hairy but we were told to come back in another way which was better. the sleeping policeman was a hazard for our low car and had difficulty going very slow to not catch the bottom of the car. hosts were very helpful of where to eat and different places to go and see. It is very close to the main road and we did have difficulty sleeping as where we live there is not a sound at night. otherwise I would recomend this place

After long journey we have arrived to this lovely B&B, greeted by Peter and hot tea (thanks again).
We had very peaceful night in very comfortable beds. Followed by delicious breakfast cooked by Lisa (you did great as acting chef !!) and we had this repeated experience for 3 mornings. Lisa and Peter gave us great tips where to eat and what to see, how to get to places.
I honestly could not expect more. If you need a place to stay for night, go to Roundhouse Mill - you can't get wrong. Thank you for lovely stay and making our short break such a lovely experience.

We stayed 2 nights (me and the missis) and we thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the rooms, the friendly owners Peter and Lisa, the lovely breakfasts and tips of where to go and what to see, in short they made our first Cornwall experience an excellent one (despite the 6 hour drive down!). Many thanks guys:)

Excellent stay at the Roundhouse Mill. A beautiful view from the dining area whilst enjoying a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are really clean and comfortable and we were made to feel most welcome. We were well placed for both the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. Would recommend.
