We recently spent 2 nights at this converted stable. It is a lovely place in a really nice, quiet part of Cornwall.
The accommodation has all you could need for a stay away - washing machne, dryer, well equipped kitchen. The owner even left us tea and coffee and a pint of milk as well as scones with clotted cream and jam, which was very much appreciated.
Would definitely come back to stay here again.

We booked this cottage for a special birthday weekend treat and its impossible to fault this fabulous little property. Its a detached former stable that has been skilfully converted to a very high standard with views across the tidal river and within walking distance of local pubs and restaurants. The layout of the cottage is practical for small families and couples alike with an open plan lounge/kitchen dining area and wet room on the ground floor. plus separate mezzanine bedroom up some ornate stairs with a very comfortable king size bed and en suite shower room. The owner Mary ensures you have everything you need and there was even a Cornish cream tea waiting for us on arrival - a lovely touch. For a relaxing weekend with someone special this is a as good as it gets !

We stayed at woodpark stables for 2 nights, and chose this rental accomodation as it was in an area of cornwall that we hadnt yet explored, and we were so pleased with our choice!
The accomodation is amazing- everything is maintained to a very high standard, and it is the only rental accomodation we have stayed in where the owners have gone to so much trouble for their guests- from the fresh spring flowers in the house to the wonderful cream tea, which was enjoyed in the private courtyard in the early spring sun- perfect!
The kitchen was very spacious and well equipped, the lounge comfortable, and it was great to have both a wet room and a shower room!
The area is lovely, the accomodation is located right by the estuary, you can walk into milbrook, we also went on a lovely drive up the coast to kingsand and cawsand, really pretty seaside villages, then up to Rame head, where there are beautiful views.
The owners were fantastic and very friendly- thank you!

Booked here for a relaxing break away from work and to take in the views from the countryside and the coastline. The stables are a perfect base for exploring. We were made to feel very welcome by Mary with delicious scones, clotted cream, jam, tea and coffee waiting for us on arrival. The stables were lovely and warm which was very comforting after a long drive in very cold conditions. The stables are very modern in decoration with all the facilities you need for a self catering holiday, cooker, microwave, all the utensils, fridge with a small freezer compartment, kettle.....there was even tin foil and cling film for taking your own sandwiches on day trips/walks. We visited the local Sainsburys in Torpoint about 6 mile drive from the stables to get all the essentials like bread and beer! There are two TV's one in the living room and one in the bedroom, a nice two seater sofa and dinning table for four. The bed was very comfy with plenty of storage for clothes, shoes, coats etc...but the favourite part for me was the showers (wet room downstairs and cubical upstairs), always had plenty of hot water and large fixed shower head with detachable head if needed, I really didn't want to get out it!! Other facilities were washing machine, iron, hairdryer.......all in all it really is home from home.
The stables are situated about 20-25 min walk from Millbrook Village Centre, there is a spar, co-op, newsagents and a few pubs. Our Favourite pub was the Devon and Cornwall, from the outside it does not look so appealing but the barmaid Margaret made us feel very welcome and we had two fantastic meals there, one being the Tuesday curry night which was an absolute bargain at £6.50 for a curry, chips, rice, poppadoms, dips and a pint, we weren't expecting much but it was fabulous. The views from Cawsand and Whitsand Bay are lovely, the acorn walk is definitely worth it and if you can get down to the beautiful beaches then please give it a try as the water is so clear.
