We have just returned from a one night stay at sea vista and all we can say is this bb is a must! On arrival we were greeted by carol and shown around there lovely home and our room (no 3). Lovely sea veiw, quiet room with all you could ask for. After a great nights sleep we went down for my partners and my best breakfast ever cook by Kate! We have stayed in many bb/hotels and this is easily a 4*,well done Carol,Kate,Ozzie, baby Barnaby & mojo the dog.

My partner and I have arrived home today after a 3 night stay at Seavista. We have stayed in Newquay and Padstow on several occasions over the last 5 years. This time round I was taking my partner away for a few stolen days in the run up to Christmas! I chose to stay at seavista for several reasons - firstly, the usual house we rent in Padstow has been taken off of the market and secondly because we took Mawgan Porth to our hearts this year after visiting the beach there in summer. It is easily as stunning as Watergate bay, but with more charm. The final reason was because Seavista had such rave reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed! Kate and Oz are great hosts, you feel immediately welcomed into their home along with the rest of the family, including Barney and Mojo :)
We stayed in the King size room (room 3) which had fantastic views out to sea. The room was immaculate! You will notice that this is a feature throughout the B&B. The room was not only decorated tastefully but also had lots of character. The en-suite shower room was also well decorated with modern fixtures and very clean. For breakfast you could have a full fried breakfast, toast, coffee, juices etc etc. The food is locally sourced and of high quality. We couldn't manage the whole cooked breakfast with toast and coffee and juice and i highly doubt anyone could leave the breakfast room unsatisfied. The B&B is undergoing some expansion at the moment in time for summer. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone, if you are not familiar with the area Kate and Oz will help you out with places to go and things to do! We really enjoyed our stay here and will look forward to returning in the future!

Room Tip: The King size room has great bed and great views!

A fantastic place to say! I had a brilliant room: amazing sea view, spotlessly clean, great decor, comfy bed and modern shower. The breakfast was fantastic and I was made to feel so welcome; nothing was too much trouble. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Seavista and will definitely be back!

Wow, what a fab and welcoming place to stay. We have never stayed anywhere where the owners felt more like long lost friends. We were made to feel extremely welcome and never felt anything was too much trouble. Ozzy even gave us a lift to the local pub and Fifteen at Watergate Bay. The room was brand new and always clean - just the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and set us up for the day. Kate, Ozzy, Barney, Mojo and Kate's Mum (sorry never caught your name) were brilliant, friendly and always willing to chat and help. We would recommend staying at Seavista and would challenge you to find somewhere better in Cornwall.

Writing this a little late, we stayed here in mid Sept 2012. Absolutely lovely place, with great views and interior decor but these mean nothing if not backed up with the other things but this place was. Spotlessly clean with modern shower, probably the best breakfast we have ever had at a B&B in this country, I am a foodie and could tell how fresh and good the food was. Kate the owner prides herself in sourcing the most ethical meat that she can, a topic close to my own heart. Can't fault Seavista on the whole, only niggle would be that the bed a little too soft for us and perhaps as a suggestion a choice of herbal tea to go with the usual tea/coffee in the room. Feel sure that we will return but next time booked well in advance so that we can try out a Seaview room, (the valley view is a great view though).

Everything about this B&B was fab - gorgeous decor, yummy breakfast and a lovely welcome from a lovely family, who made us feel very at home from the minute we arrived. (We especially loved super cute Barney and his collection of tractors!) The view from our room was amazing even in the rubbish weather! Special thanks to Kate for the baby and nursery tips - if only we were as creative as you! We loved it at Seavista and will most definitely be back soon. Love Sam & Tim xx
