“Lovely spot for a walk. If you're feeling adventurous, take your swimming costume!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 8, 2012

Golitha Falls is a lovely walk, nice and flat to start off, becoming a bit more intrepid the further down the falls you go - take good boots and a sense of adventure if you want to see the best bits! Also, if you fancy a dip on a hot day, there are some good spots for bathing. It is really picturesque - take a tripod for some great long exposure waterfall pictures. Parking is free, no entrance fee.

“Water wheels?”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 30, 2012

Lovely walk particularly after heavy rain. Beside the river there are the remains of two buildings which look as if they once housed water wheels fed by the leet. Is there more information available? What were the buildings for?
Was there once a cart track? Where did the leet sart?

“Pleasant afternoon walk”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 7, 2012

Spend a pleasant sunny afternoon walk to these falls which we accidentally stumbled upon whilst driving on Bodmin Moor. The only down side was that the publc toilets were still closed from the winter. Also there is a part path to the falls but not all the way and becareful as some of the route is quite boggy and muddy!! It was well worth the walk
