Have been here many times and I love it, we only popped in for a drink, we had rose prosecco at £5 a glass, I suppose it was a little steep but having said that, it was lovely and refreshing and we all thoroughly enjoyed indulging ourselves. A lovely place and a good place to be, overlooking the bay, beautiful

Went to the Devonport Inn last Saturday lunchtime with seven of my relatives. Luckily we reserved a table as the pub was quite busy. The food order came quickly and everything was either cooked to perfection and the portions were large. The seafood was fresh and tasty. The staff were attentive without being overbearing. I will definitely be going back.

We visited here on a Saturday evening and thoroughly enjoyed it! My partner declared his mussels starter the best mussels he has ever had and I had the special of soft boiled egg with asparagus and it was lovely.
We had the pork belly and the pasta dish for main and they were excellent although would have been nice to have some veg with the pork and mash.
Staff were attentive without being overbearing and were accommodating of our little dog who took offence to the bell on the food lift!
Would definitely visit again if in the area!

The location of this pub makes it well worth a visit. You can buy a pint and stand outside to look out at the ships and boats in the bay. However it is the food that really stands out. An inspired menu, well executed, but relaxed surroundings.

Down in Kingsand again with friends and family, and took the crew to the Devonport for Dinner.
Great menu with loads of local seafood. After finding out the Chef had been out with the local fisherman to collect the catch, we ordered dishes that included Mussels, Scallops, Whole crab and Lobster, (offered as Thermodore, hot with garlic butter or cold with Mayo). Every dish was top quality and some of the best I have ever had.
Every trip to this local pub/restaurant seems to get better with always something new on the menu.
