We had a quick lunch here on a Sunday. We were quite late but no problem, food was on offer. They were doing a roaring trade on roasts which looked good for £10.95 but we were only after a sandwich. We had crab which was lovely and very fresh. It's a great old traditional pub (500 years old) with a friendly landlady and bar staff. Dogs seemed very welcomed - ours was given a biscuit and whilst not everyone will like dogs and food together, for walkers it's good to know. Bustling, busy and a nice atmosphere, make this place well worth stopping for (just turn off opposite RNAS Culdrose).
