Easy to find off major junction before Hoyle, close to St. Ives. Plenty of parking. Eating places & retail park on site. Only a few minutes away at Leland Saltings there is a park and (train) ride for St. Ives (fare £4 each, plus parking - but well worth it) - be aware, though, that a steep hill is involved down to the harbourside, and the initial train-platform gap is not for the faint-hearted or infirm. Back to the hotel ... very friendly, helpful receptionists, big & comfortable room, very good breakfast served at pub eaterie next door. Recommended.

Room Tip: No lift, so request a ground-floor room if stairs are an issue.

Could not find what I was wanting in St Ives, so decided on this Premier Inn. Lovely clean room and my wife was very impressed with the offer a sheet in the room rather than a duvet if the room was too hot. Very clean and all as expected what a Premier Inn should be. A warm welcome by the receptionist and very helpful when needed.

Great location for a long weekend in St Ives. Room very clean and comfortable. Extremely friendly staff from front desk to housekeepers. Nothing was too much trouble. Made our stay a lot more comfortable with a 2 yr old! Special mention to Danielle.

Breakfast next door was excellent. Again, very friendly staff who asked us where we would like to sit and opened the play zone for us. The only thing I would say is the atmosphere did tend to change somewhat of an evening. A bit rough?......

Just returned from a nights stay and prebooked All you can eat breakfast.
The receptionist, Danielle was professional, efficient and friendly and had us booked in within minutes. Room was very clean and up to standard, extremely quiet due to being at the very end of the corridor on the ground floor.
Breakfast was buffet service, well cooked, clean seating area and staffed by very pleasant staff. Couldn't fault it ! Would certainly visit again as it's in a handy spot for Penzance, St Ives and Hayle.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2014 and chose it as it was the cheapest room I could find at late notice..most other hotels were increasing their prices dramatically for this date to take advantage of fathers day visitors to Cornwall. The hotel is ideally located on the edge of Hayle and close to major roads into St Ives, Penzance etc. It was clean and well maintained although not as modern as some of the other Premier Inn properties.

After a long day with my daughter in St Ives, it was a perfect spot to come back to in the evening. There is a Brewers Fayre pub next door as well as a McDonalds so something for both me and my daughter. Beds were large and comfy and had flat screen TV's in the room (perfect for watching Englands first world cup match that night!) The receptionist on both days were very pleasant and took time to talk to us and let us know where they were should we need anything. The housekeeping team who I bumped into on the corridor were also extremely friendly and reflected well on the company.

Overall, a pleasant stay and a nice relaxed atmosphere. I would stay again should I get a good price. If You are staying at the weekend and are planning on taking the bus into Penzance or St Ives then beware the Sunday service!! I missed one and the next bus to St Ives was a two hour wait!

Convenient and easy to find. Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly and efficient staff.
The Brewers Fayre pub next door provided the meals and was also a welcoming, friendly place to spend a couple of hours. The breakfast was excellent but unfortunately, the hotel was badly let down by the quality of the pre-booked evening dinner. Would stay there again but only on a B & B basis.

Room Tip: I believe that all rooms are of a similar standard

Stayed here on the 1st June on the way to Scilly Isles. All staff were very polite and courteous. Reception smelt fusty. The room was what you would expect, corporate and bland, but comfy enough and clean. Doors banging up to 2330. Very Poor Breakfast at Brewers fayre next door, probably the worst breakfast ever. No buffett, food order took a long time to arrive, very dry sausages rock hard hash browns poached egg solid. Beans and mushrooms were good but I did not order them. Was this food warmed up from the day before I wonder???? Completed the online questionaire and was surprised that someone from the company did not contact me regarding my poor rating. They probably dont care! Poor start to our holiday thankfully everything inthe Isles of Scilly was first class.

Room Tip: far end of corridor
