“Wonderful Coast Walk”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

The Godrevy headland, beach and lighthouse is a wonderfully invigorating walk with stunning aspects over the Lighthouse and St Ives Bay. Parked at the National trust carpark at a small charge it was just a short walk to the beach and the cliffs overlooking the bay. You can spot seals resting on the rocks below and watch seabirds swoop and dive. There is a rocky headland with access to the beautiful beach where surfers practise on and you can easily reach it from Hayle and Gwithian. Toilets are well-kept.

“Stunning sandy beach, great cafe, greatr walks”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

3 mile sandy beach with rock pools and caves , great walks along sand dunes to the left, cliff top views of lighthouse and rocky coves to the right and if you walk as far as the wooden barriers seal views. Great café though very popular at peak times. Take a camera or you will regret it. Parking free to National Trust members.

“Great beach for the family”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

We walk here from our house which is on the "Hayle" part of a long stretch of beach, its really a long walk (1 hour at least). Also you can drive and park in the carpark but in high season that gets very busy. One of the best beaches in the area!
