My partner and I spotted this B&B quite late in evening during a touring holiday around the south of England, and stopped to see if they had a double room available. Although the owners had only just arrived home themselves after a short break away, we were instantly made to feel welcome and shown to a fantastic room and offered a pot of tea. Cannot fault anything- the breakfasts were fantastic- a huge range to choose from- more than any of the other B&Bs we had stayed in during the week. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area (also a very reasonable price)

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Culloden Farmhouse after her brothers wedding. The welcome was exceptional, and we were very happy with the relaxed attitude that Debbie and Gary showed us. The accommodation was superb (including the teddies!), and included touches such as the incense stick in the bathroom which really showed the owners commitment to making their guests' stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The food was excellent, especially the fresh fruit salad (I counted seven different fruits in the bowl!). The farmhouse itself was beautiful, and we both had a very restful nights' sleep. Having attended the wedding the day before we were a little late coming down for breakfast in the morning which was absolutely not a problem. In fact I would say that every effort possible was made to make us feel relaxed and welcome. We would both totally recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for bed and breakfast with a personal touch. To finish, our stay at the Culloden Farmhouse in Camelford was the perfect end to a great day.

We felt as part of the family, the breakfast (vegetarian) is great and in a vast variety. We got good advice for visits, pubs and restaurants and had a good stay for 10 days. We also got a helping hand (& machine) to wash and dry our laundry. Our room was very calm, we cannot hear the road during the night.

We had a week staying in one of the self-catering apartments which was very well equipped and comfortable. The hosts, Debbie and Gary, were very welcoming and helpful, pointing out the best places to visit in the area. The location is good too, just a minute's walk from Camelford centre which has handy amenities such as a pub (a second pub was closed but about to re-open), cafe, takaways, newsagent, minimarket etc.

It's right on th A39, (but we didn't find the road noise a disturbance during the night) so it's really well placed for getting to Bocastle, Tintagel, Padstow, Port Isaac, and even the Eden Project.

Room Tip: The Oak apartment is on the ground floor, so no steps.

Called in here on the off-chance that they had a room, and thankfully they did. What a find this place is - lovelu furnished room, comfy bed, thoughtful touches like biscuits with tea tray and selection of DVDs available. The owners were most welcoming and gave a great recommend for the evening meal at the Masons Arms down the road, also good local information for places to visit. Breakfast was excellent - we are not vegetarians, however don't be put off by this - beautiful fresh fruit salad, freshly baked bread for toast and all the usual cooked breakfast stuff - sausage, hash brown, beans, mushrooms etc. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Culloden Farmhouse! The owners Debbie and Gary where lovely and greeted us with a warm welcome and a cup of tea when we arrived. Situated in North Cornwall its perfect for exploring near by towns and its not to far from the sea.
Loved It,
