We got a warm welcome, we had a large bedroom with a very large and comfy bed, the windows had double glazing. We slept very well. As a nice extra: a garden with a nice view on the church tower and surrounding hills, where we could sit and relax. We were offered a complimentary cream tea, biscuits in our room, ... Unfortunately the internet did not work in our room.

We went here for a late honeymoon/family holiday with our two year old son. Upon arrival we was greeted nicely and welcomed with a lovely cup of coffee and a cream scone as we arrived slightly early than planned but that didn't seem to matter as Jackie and Geoff understood travelling down is extremely tiring last thing you can do is spend a whole day out. Room: what can we say it was lovely we stayed in the Valency room which was a bit of luxury to say the least a nice comfy bed lovely on-suite bathroom to freshen up in as well as the added benefits of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and basket of essentials such as shower caps, cotton buds and wool balls available.. each day our tea tray was refreshed and cleaned and a new sheet for the breakfast order for the following morning. I would highly recommended visiting this fabulous B&B if you just want to see what its like book a few days but I can tell you you wont be disappointed and sure as hell wont want to go home at the end of your visit!!...

Many thanks to Jackie and Geoff for a lovely stay at your B & B will try to come again next year with our new addition to the Arandall Family!

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent 5*all around

Geoff and Jackie are warm friendly people which creates a warm friendly atmosphere in this lovely B&B. The room we stayed in was wonderful. Beautifully presented and a window overlooking the garden. The breakfast was" YUMMY" with a great choice of local produce which is so important as you experience what the local's eat and enjoy. Our highlight was seeing Geoff in his chef's outfit and his "CHEEKY" grin. The location was excellent as you could venture to different locations whether it be a walk or a drive to a tourist attraction. Thankyou so much Geoff and Jackie for making our stay with you a wonderful experience Jenny and Neil from Australia.

We had 5 wonderful nights at the Old Coach House. Our small group took up 2 rooms and we were all very happy with both rooms, they were very clean and lots of little extras. Geoff and Jackie are excellent hosts, very friendly and made our stay extra special. The breakfasts were excellent, we could not ask for more. The guest lounge is very homely and has a large selection of books and magazines. The gardens are lovely and the shade of the tree over the patio is wonderful, as we stayed during a heat wave!

We would highly recommend this B & B and would love to visit again, when we are next in the UK.

We have stayed here many times before and not once have we been disappointed. Geoff and Jackie are excellent - friendly, relaxed and very welcoming. On arrival guests receive a scrummy cream tea. The rooms are clean, decorated tastefully and the little extras like cotton wool buds, flannels and lovely shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom are testament to Jackies thoughtfulness. The breakfasts are delicious with a varied selection and I would defy anybody to complain that there's nothing they like. The location is excellent with a short walk either down the hill or via the coast path to the cove with its many shops and eating places. If you like a hike - 5 1/2 miles approx then take the coastal path from Boscastle to Tingagel - the scenery is stunning. If you want to venture out of your room there is a lovely, homely lounge where you have a varied choice of DVD (even Skyfall!!) or there's a Wii!!!
So if you're looking for a friendly, value for money excellent B&B in Cornwall - this is it!!

The Old Coach House was recommended by friends and we were not disappointed. wonderful welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely comfortable and clean room and the breakfast was outstanding and served in the conservatory, a lovely setting. Geoff and Jackie are great hosts and they have excellent staff, we loved the banter with Ronnie at breakfast time, she was great fun. We will definately be returning.

wonderful !!! it should be 5 star. Just had 3 nights there, so so good.
So we have just booked 5 nights in july2014. Geoff and Jackie are wonderful hosts.
We have disabilities, so we need a ground fool room. Cambeck room has it all . A wet room plus, adjustable beds and easy access.
We must not forget the great breakfast menu!!
