Booked for 4 nights to relax with the family and my Mother.

The rooms were nice sized and a great choice of breakfasts, with locally sourced produce.

The wee bairn made a friend and had some quality time on the trampoline, which was outside the room we had.

My mother enjoyed her room, with a wet room bathroom, with good accessibility for the less mobile.

Family run and very hospitable.

A great base to travel from and to come back to and relax.

We will be back.

Room Tip: The website has a good description of the rooms, which should be able to cater for everyones needs.

This was our first B&B while hiking the Coast Path in June 2013. And a really good start indeed.

We were welcomed so nice by our hosts with a little cream tea and a lot of tips what to do in Boscastle. The house was beautiful and charming, the room clean and nicely furnished. And our first full English breakfast gave us a perfect start to our long walk on the coast path.

We can fully recommend the Old Coach House to other guests to stay there.

My husband and I and 2 small children stayed for a long weekend. Large family room was fantastic, bunk beds with a curtain - my boys felt they had a den & loved it. It was very clean, quiet, comfortable & fully equipped. Guest lounge with dvds was great, put kids down & relaxed downstairs. Breakfast was outstanding, I'm not an English breakfast person, so was very happy with fresh fruit, berries and yogurts on offer. There's a trampoline just outside breakfast room (conservatory) so the kids got to burn off a lot of energy pre breakfast whilst we enjoyed a quiet coffee. Hosts were lovely and very knowledgeable.

Room Tip: If small children, ask for room with bunk beds - fabulous

This is an outstanding B&B. Quality is everywhere. The rooms were well furnished with a really comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean throughout. Brilliant breakfast. We arrived a little earlier than expected and were treated to a cream tea.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at The Old Coach House. We stayed in Valency and Buckator rooms, both of which were excellent! Geoff and Jackie were both very welcoming hosts, just what you want from a B&B. Breakfast was first class, cooked by Geoff!

Will almost certainly return to this lovely home-from-home B&B!

Room Tip: If you like to have a bath - book the Valency as it has one with a shower over. However if you pref...

We had 2 adjoining rooms together for our young children and us which worked out perfectly as there was then another door we could shut. Trampoline outside was perfect for the children. Breakfasts amazing and Jackie so welcoming. It feels like a home from home-but where someone else makes you fantastic breakfasts!

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely-large and quiet.

Should be 5*. So good we've just booked another 2 weeks in August. Jackie and Geoff are wonderful hosts. I needed an electric propelling bed on the ground floor with wet room and The Cambeck room had it all. It's amazing to find a Bed and Breakfast and covers all the disabilities that I need but The Old Coach House had everything. Thank you so much for the lovely, tasty, various range of food and filling breakfasts, spotless room and wonderful welcome you gave us. Home from home. With lovely views across Boscastle and the church. Missing Aston and Evie and the rest of your wonderful staff. Very Highly recommend this wonderful Bed and Breakfast.

Room Tip: The Cambeck room has everything you need if you have disabilities. I don't use a wheelchair all...
