“Cant be beaten”

Best bhajias - if only it did eveything as well. If you love bhajia then there isn't really much competition that will beat this place.

“lack of hygeine of staff”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 3, 2012

Have been going to Maru and have noticed that waiters' do not wash their hands after clearing the table or taking the plates from the table. There is one waiter, Raj, who is often on his mobile and has an attitude problem. Two tables complaint about their glasses being dirty and he totally ignored them considering Maru was not busy. Food & Hygeine no certifcates since 2009 and were surpirsed that staff are still waiting to take a refresher course. Surely one does not need this for dirty glasses. Its very busy during the weekend and one should think twice when their food is delivered to them.
Appauling Service.

“Good Bhajias - but thats it !”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 17, 2012

My wife has been a fan of this little eatery for some time and we went there last saturday. its a tiny place on a very busy street. Ambience is like a cafe with basic furniture. the bhajias ( potato snack) were good although nothing to write home about. i did not enjoy their special bhel which I thought was tasteless. The place is ok for a quick Indian snack.

“Just OK”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 24, 2012

Ok for a quick bite to eat or if you fancy some Mumbai roadside snacks. The drinks are nothing to write about. Generally speaking its a drab place in a drab part of Wembely.

“Bhajia (fried Indian snack) out of this world”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 14, 2012

I have eaten Bhajia at countless places since I can remember and I can honestly tell you, this is the best in the whole world.

Bhajia, also knows as Pakoras are fried potato slices coated in spicy flour served with Bullet Chutney (Spicy Sauce). Both, the bhajia and chutney are made from a recipe that everyone I know would die to get their hands on. The bhajias are crispy fried and are perfectly complimented with Passion Fruit Juice or Masala Tea.

Their chat, also knows as bhel is awesome.
