Owner description: An amazing Horse and Buggy Ride through Amish Country and a real covered bridge on a back country road. You can also get out of the buggy and tour a private working Amish farm to experience Authentic Amish life first hand.

We thoroughly enjoyed our buggy ride. We did the 35 minute ride for $14 per adult with a $2 off coupon from their website. There is a stand in the Kitchen Kettle Village to book your place on the next tour. Only a few minutes wait to get on the buggy, it did not feel crowded, plenty of space for everyone to turn round and see things, the buggy was in immaculate condition, the horses very well cared for.

An Amish lady did our tour and was very friendly, she chatted to everyone and narrated around the route, it was great! She told us she didn't mind having her photo taken as she was used to it. This is the way to see the Amish farmlands at a slow horse drawn pace. Will do the longer tour next trip.

Highly recommended.

so we did have to wait an hour to go on the 55 minute ride. me and my two kids 2 & 5 were able to sit in the front with the driver which was a bonus for the kids. she was really good answered any questions and pointed out some things. we stopped at an amish drive thru and were able to get rootbeer cookies and breads. it lasted longer than 55 minutes which wasnt a problem for us. im almost postive that they were a little more expensive than other buggy rides in town but we were already there so it was convenvient.

We took the covered bridge ride with Mirium as our guide. She was Amish and was very willing to answer any questions about the Amish life. The tour was 55 minutes and was of the greatest tours we have done, very relaxing, peaceful and an "Amish drive-in" included. Two cute little girls served us cake, cookies and drinks. I can thoroughly recommend the lemonade. I agree with a previous comment, where did the rest of the world go wrong.
