“No complaints!”

Great hotel! Very friendly staff, parked at the front to check where the car park was and the staff were extremely helpful. Quick check in. Room was immaculate and spacious and had everything we needed. Not a lot to say as there was nothing to pick fault with. No complaints whatsoever!

I have absolutely no complaints about this Marriott Hotel. Coming from the US it was very important to find a hotel with nice rooms in a good location with a good rate. This is precisely what Marriott Twickenham is! I should mention that I got the Friends and Family Rate which was 70 GBP per night. The hotel is a 10 min walk to to Twickenham train station and about a 20-30 minute train ride to Waterloo station. So its about 40 minutes total from Central London which is not bad.

Rooms are nice and clean and very typical of any US Marriott.

Lobby is very nice with a bar and free wifi. The restaurant and lounge area are on the second floor which also has free wifi. Wifi in the rooms is over priced so whenever I needed the internet I went downstairs.

Staff is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions at all.

Along with your stay you get free access to the very well equipped workout facility immediately next door. It is very nice and I used it everyday.

If you are considering staying here you will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: Buffet breakfast is overpriced. Eat somewhere else if you want to save money.

Spending a full week in London can become very expensive so we decided to stay out in the burbs for a couple of the nights to save money. This was a great decision as the hotel is wonderful with nicely sized rooms and a friendly staff. The commute to London isn't terrible, the train station is about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel and if you catch a fast train (I think they run every 30 minutes or so) it takes less than 30 minutes to get to London Waterloo station.

What was slightly disappointing with the hotel was that neither breakfast or internet was included and both were ridiculously priced. Breakfast was 20 pounds per person and internet for the room was 15 pounds per day. I would suggest going to the Waitrose grocer beside the train station and getting your own breakfast goodies there and using wifi at the Starbucks about 20 minutes from the hotel on the high street of Twickenham.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that does not face the stadium blank wall!

Right. what more can I say?

Second time I have stayed here in a month and I have to say it is spectacular, different class and I have no complaints whatsover. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel.

The hotel is second to none IMO and the staff are just so polite and well trained. Again, different class.
Room service is impressive and the quality of service is breathtaking!

Very helpful, nice staff ( Beth in the dining room, George at the front desk, didn't get the other names). The complaint about the breakfast (Shaun S.): really, you couldn't get the cereal into your bowl fast enough? We found that the many servers got us anything we wanted, made sure to make our coffee just right, and the offering was extensive. The beds were very comfortable, and the location is good if you want to see sights outside of London (Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, Wimbledon). Also, since we had a car, the free parking (not on rugby game days) was great. We were very comfortable the 3 nights we stayed.

The Marriott in Twickenham encircles the stadium and is accessed either on foot or taxi from the Twickenham rail station or by car from the main road. There are limited restaurant and bar facilities near by, but the hotel food and bar is ok. This place is really designed for the corporate or week day market and so you can get a reasonable deal for the weekend, but be aware that most of Londons attractions are a journey away. Wifi is not included in the room rate and the prices are ridiculous, especially when the set up costs are so low. The staff are pleasant and efficient and overall the quality of the hotel is what you would expect. You are to going to be wowed by the place, but you will get a good nights sleep.

Stayed with the Marriott Twickenham for the Chime For Changw concert and I'm very pleased. Staff friendly and professional. The girl in reception with the chubby cheeks, the friendly smile, the bubbly personality was very helpful. The rooms are big and spacey. Would stay there again!
