Once you have left wretched Heathrow behind and negotiated the Hoppa Bus (sometimes good ,sometimes horrendous) the check in at the Premier Inn is usually swift and friendly. Be aware that some rooms are to the left of the lounge area and some to the right - it is a large building and easy to get lost in the 'look-a-like' corridors.
The restaurant doesn't try to sting the captive clientelle and there are quiet a few choices on the menu.
The rooms I've had have been very clean, likewise the bathrooms. There is a kettle, coffee, tea in each room.
The hotel is very quiet considering the close by runway and the carpets usually mean you don't get to hear your neighbours walking about.
Quiet and efficient - even if they did triple my room price and that was three weeks before the Olympics even started!More
